Call Recording Errors

Hi, I am trying to record a file onto a mapped network drive, and get a "FileOpen" error when trying to record to the mapped drive. If i move the path back to C:\, it will start recording the file. We have made sure the permissions are correct and not sure what else to do. Can someone shed some light on the different errors and what they mean, and what a possible solution would be to this problem. The hard drive it always getting full, so we are trying to offload the recordings to the mapped drive. Thanks Tim

Idle URL problem

Hi All, I have created an idle url weather app for the phone, but I have a problem where the screen doesn't return to the main screen if there is an incoming call. Is there some why to make whatever i push to the phone get minimized/cleared if there is an incoming call? Thanks Tim

Does this have anything to do with its looking for apache-etch in a directory that doesn't exist on the CUAE server Service cannot be started. Namespaces and Refereneces

Hi All, I am trying to add the System.ServiceProcess to a CustomCode action using the designer. I have been able to add the namespace in the custom code, but I sill get the namespace doesn't exist, are you missing an assembly reference. When I try to add as a reference, I get an error that says "The specified package is not valid" How do i get this to work? Thanks! Tim

We were able to run the code on an 8.0 system, but not on a 8.5 system. Also noticed the etch.dll size from your program is 144kb, whereas ours is 128 kb when installed using the CUAE 8.5 dev tools software. We did replace teh etch.dll from your code, but this still didn't fix our issue. Any other thoughts? Thanks Tim

We have tried the firewall, and that doesn't seem to be the issue. Does anyone else have this problem, have they been able to fix it? We need to get this resolved as we have customers that rely on the etch based application! Thanks Tim

PHP Vunnerabilities

Hi, We have a client that has mulitple PHP vulnerabilities when they had a 3rd party scan the CUAE server. Are we able to upgrade PHP to the latest 5.2.x release, I think its 5.2.17? Or even to PHP 5.3.x? Thanks Tim

For example, if we have 25 licenses, can we have an app that check to see if more than 20 are in use and send an alert. JTapi IncomingCall Problems

Hi all, I have a program that uses teh jTapiIncomingCall and jTapiCallEstablished to monitor calls going inbound, and outbound. It seems that some of my devices do not trigger the jTapiIncomingCall when a call is coming in on their line (the devices have multiple lines), but they can trigger when they are placing an outbound call. This isn't happening on all devices either, just a couple of them right now. Any thoughts on this, its been pretty hard to troubleshoot so far. Thanks Tim

I am using visual studio 2008 and have build my code, which is successful. Then I use CUAE package, and CUAE install, but when i try to run the exe I get the following error. Not sure if that will work in all cases but it did for me. hopefully that is just a temp solution until something can be figured out with the 802. Thanks Tim
