Is it possible with TCL to have the IP Phone dial a phone number if the phone is taken off-hook but no digits are dialed? We have a scenerio in which the IP Phone needs to dial an emergency number if it goes off-hook but no digits are dialed. Once we hit the first digit timer instead of getting busy tone we need to dial a phone number.

Does anyone know if this is possible with TCL?
