I found following description for [b]TotalCallsAbandToday[/b] in the schema document, [b]The total number of queued calls, non-queued calls, and calls thatabandoned at the agent desktop since midnight.[/b]   So I think this field can cover all the calls abandoned since midnight.

I think you should know how to get to edit report function, 1,after you open the edit report page, you can see a "Edit Views" button on the top of the page, click on the button will open "Edit Views" page 2,when the "Edit View" page is open, you can see a "Create" button on the top of the page,  click on the button will show a list with "Chart,Gauge and Grid", you choose Chart, then follow the steps, i think you can finish the follow up actions

You can do this, There are three types of views: Grids, Charts, and Gauges, there is "Edit Views" button in edit report page, you can create graphic view by this function

It seems CUIC 8.0(1) have some problem about import bunch reports(via zip file), so i think you  can try to upgrade to newer version?

What's your CUIC version? do you have log for this? you can enable CUIC logging in OAMP, then perform the import and retrieve the logs through RTMT. [color=#000000] [/color]
