Hello all together, i have a problem with the TCL script mentioned in the subject. I´m using this script on a Cisco 2900 Router which is configured as a voice gateway. The Router uses the firmware 15.1(4)M1 The script uses a CNG tone to detect if a fax is incoming or a normal voice call. The background for this task is that we want to use only one number for voice and fax The problem is that the tcl script needs 6 – 9 seconds to detect that there is a fax incoming. We want to reduce the detection time to 3 seconds. But I don´t know how to do this in the script. I hope somebody here can help me on this. DN Not showing up in CM DB

We have a DN (6504978356) which when checking the CCM GUI shows up as a line associated with a specific phone device. As such I we should expect it to be defined in the CCM database of that publisher. However, when querying the publisher (SOAP) with the following SQL statement : SELECT numplan.*, enduser.department AS department, enduser.firstname || " " || enduser.lastname AS subscribername FROM numplan LEFT JOIN endusernumplanmap ON endusernumplanmap.fknumplan = numplan.pkid LEFT JOIN enduser ON enduser.pkid = endusernumplanmap.fkenduser the above DN does not show up in the result. The 'numplan' table is, I assume, the only table that contains all the defined DNs on that CM. It also does not show up in the CMDEVICE realtime data when polled which is understandable if that number is not logged in on any phone. So, Why is the CCM GUI showing this DN as a defined line and associated with a phone device, but cannot be found in any of the record dumps ? Where is it stored? Or is this cached info? Why can I not find it anywhere other than in the GUI.

Our applications are athenticated using OpenLDAP or AD. We are doing some integrations with Cisco UC and would like to use the AD/OpenLDAP credentials to login to Cisco UC. Is this supported? Eg. User logs into our application obtains AD authentication. invokes a cisco-UC feature. we pass in the username and auth token. Cisco UC uses token to authenticate against the same AD. thanks, appreciate the help
