The RISPort mentioned in my previous post, should have been the ControlCenterServicesPort.   I also hear  that Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) has these interfaces.   Jørn

Does anyone know which UC products (and versions) that support the Serviceability XML Interface(s) (aka PerfmonPort, RISPort)?   Currently I know of the following: Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x Unity Connection 2.x, 7.x, 8.x Unified Presence 7.x, 8.x Unified Contact Center Express 8.x   Have I missed any?   regards, Jørn
