[b]Question: How Do I Onboard (Invite) Employees To My Store?[/b] [b]Answer:[/b]  Enterprise IT Admins are able to invite new employees to their company App store by doing the following: [b]1.[/b] Log into your Cisco AppHQ profile and select [b]Manage People[/b] from the administrators control panel. [b]2.[/b] Click on [b]Invite Employees[/b] and then Download the Sample Excel File. [b]3.[/b] Enter all required new employee credentials (Required fields = First Name, Last Name, Job Title and Email.  Optional fields = Industry, Street Address, Address Line2, City, Province/State, Country, Postal Code/ Zip Code, Phone Number and Phone Extension), save the file and upload it by clicking the [b]Upload File[/b] button [b]4.[/b] You can customize a message or use the default and when ready, click the [b]Send Invitation[/b] button.  The invitations have been sent and on the [b]Sent Invitations[/b] page the invited employees are listed in [b]Pending[/b] status. [b]5.[/b] Once invitations are accepted, the default of [b]employee[/b] will show in the role column.
