How can I get the Status of a service??

Currently, since the move to CCM 6.1, we connect to our ICD through the phone directly, we go in the services and we put our user/pwd in there. Now I would like to know if there is a way to see if a user is connected to that service for his phone! Is there a way to do that??

Basically what I would like to accomplish is if the user connect himself in the morning I would like to change the line label to Connected, then if for some reason he gets disconnected to change the line lable to Not Connected. This way the user knows the status of his line.

Can you clarify what the 'service' is what and it means for a user to be 'connected' to it, as well as 'ICD?'

If you need to update the line label for a line appearance on the phone, you can do this via AXL SOAP's <updatePhone> request (requires subsequent <doDeviceReset> to effect on the phone.)

Ok the service connects the user to the IPCC, more specifically there call center.
