Call Foward All using XML/SOAP script

Hello,
I need to be able to set Call Forwarding from a custom website. I have a script that worked in CCM4.X but has broken since we upgraded to CUCM7.X. I have been searching everywhere to find sample templates but have had no luck. I am not an XML developer so I am a bit stuck with getting this resolved. I have attached the script that was working in CCM4.
 
If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it.

Hi Jim,

the script does not work out of the box with the CUCM 7.X. The endpoint of the AXL-Soap Interface has been moved to another location since CUCM 5.x. This must be adjusted in AXLSOAP or ConfigurationManager ( ???). Furthermore you have to adjust all namespaces in the script. Then you have to test your script again.
