CUCM XML services and Emergency Responder monitoring

Hello,
 
Does anybody know if it is possible to use any of the UCM XML Services to monitor or gather any information about the Cisco Emergency Responder service?
 
Any information/direction/comment appreciated.

Pretty sure the answer is no.

Looks like SNMP will be the main programmatic interface to CER serviceability info.
