Cisco CUCM and CUC XML schema (WSDL) and XSD from where to get?

HI,
 
 I am new to Cisco CUCM and CUC programming, I need help in getting the XML schemas (WSDL ) and XSD for both of them, if anyone can assist from where I can get these files.

The UCM API schema files are available only from the UCM server itself (see the AXL Developer Guide for the locations) - you will need access to a running UCM to retrieve them.
