I want to clean software of AXP module. But I get this error:

the payload file is included in with pkg file. But I can not find the problem.

Hi Safiye,

Nice job. If you were trying to install the platfrom again and the clean install was failing another option would be to clear the cache on the service module via the command
"software remove all", then retry the installation.
