    <summary type="html">Constant polling of cdp can cause a negative count reference error message on the console: 
 
ERROR sysdb fixtab ref (Invalid argument) from nonpositive refcount (-22143)

This message can be prevented and/or stopped by doing the following steps on the AXP Service Module.
1.  config t
2.  no cdp run
3  end
4. copy run start
