Error Code: 550 means AXP is unable to download the specified file, which could be due to any reason.
1. Path specified isn't correct
2. FTP server isn't reachable
3. Username and password provided aren't valid.

The syntax for upgrade is
*software install upgrade url ftp://IPofMachine/NameofPackage.pkg username *** password *****
