we developed an application which used the Cisco Media-Server Software to get video streams from IP cameras.
Our software works fine standalone on a SM-SRE-900 module with AXP 1.5.3.
Now I installed the VMSS software package on the SRE module. After that I tried to install our application on the same module, with
software install add ftp://ip/our_app.pkg.
But there I get 

Downloading ftp our_app.1.0.pkg
Bytes downloaded :  154172 
 
Validating package signature ... 
Package signature validation failed for our_app.1.0.pkg
 
Is it not possible to install another app on that module or is it only a problem with my package?
 
if I could not install our software on the same SRE module, is it possible to install the Cisco ISS Package on the same module where the VMSS is installed, because I need access to the HDD storage. If so, I could install our software on a ISM-Module and use the storage provides by the ISS.
