    <summary type="html">Hi Team,   We wish to achieve a CUIC 9.x real-time report something like a table attached. [b]Could you please confirm if it's possible to achieve it ? If yes, how ?[/b]   We need to get table more detail than[i] [awdb.dbo.t_Skill_Group_Real_Time][/i] . By saying 'real-time call waiting status by seconds', I don't mean the 'Data Refresh Time' but I meant 'Time Interval' as shown in table above. As we know, there are 'AnsInterval1 ~ AnsInterval10' and '[i]AbandInterval1 ~AbandInterval10' [/i]columns in the table [i]'t_Call_Type_Half_Hour' [/i]in [i][b]hds[/b][/i], [b]but not [/b]in '[i]t_Call_Type_Real_Time' in [b]awdb[/b][/i]. That data is what we need first and if possible, the detail of each currently waiting call such as call id, caller id, how long the call is waiting(seconds).
