Hi Daniel, Am I missing something here? Why aren't you just using Call_Type_Skill_Group_Interval.CallsHandled? Hi, i need to show the calls handled in a report which uses Call_Type_Skill_Group_Interval table. Is there a formula to obtain the same. Currently I use sum(isnull(CallsOfferedRouted,0)+isnull(CallsOfferedNotRouted,0)+isnull(CallsHandledNotRouted,0)). But the value doesn't match with those from other reports.
