cuiclowresourceexception error message

What do you do to resolve the cuiclowresourceexception error message.  When I put the SQL from the report that generated this error into SQL Server Management Studio, it executes fine and it only returns 89 rows.  How can we get rid of this error?

This looks like CUIC server resource error. Have you tried rebooting the server?
