CUIC 9.0(2) Agent Reports Do Not Show Agent Name

When I click on an agent report and I want to pick an agent, it shows me the agent ID and not the agent's name.  This just doesn't seem to be correct, I'm running CUIC standard so I can't modify the reports directly, anyone else notice this?   Thank you.

For Contact Center Enterprise, we use Enterprise Name since it is a unique field.  For Packaged CCE, we are releasing new version of the reports/value lists to use the Agent Name field since you are not able to modify EnterpriseName in PCCE.

Thank you Carmen, any idean when these reports will be released?  We're about to go live on our second PCCE project and would love for the reporting to be ready come day one.
