Has anyone created an Agent report that gives a detail log by agent of inbound and out bound calls with numbers called, time stamps, length of call etc.
If not - which tables would you recommend to create such a report.

You would have to use the TCD tables for that kind of information.

Sarah,       Attached are a couple of reports that I have used before.  It should work on most systems, but might need a bit of tweaking.. Darren

Thanks Darren, I am not that great in creating Custom reports from scratch, so this is extremely helpful. will play around with it to get what I need :-).
