Hi Team, We wish to achieve a CUIC 9.x real-time report something like a table attached.
Could you please confirm if it's possible to achieve it ? If yes, how ? We need to get table more detail than
[awdb.dbo.t_Skill_Group_Real_Time] . By saying 'real-time call waiting status by seconds', I don't mean the 'Data Refresh Time' but I meant 'Time Interval' as shown in table above. As we know, there are 'AnsInterval1 ~ AnsInterval10' and '
AbandInterval1 ~AbandInterval10' columns in the table
't_Call_Type_Half_Hour' in
hds,
but not in '
t_Call_Type_Real_Time' in awdb. That data is what we need first and if possible, the detail of each currently waiting call such as call id, caller id, how long the call is waiting(seconds).
Could you please confirm if it's possible to achieve it ? If yes, how ? Thanks GP.
