has anyone out there tried to create a State trace report for agent that include State duration? 
I have tried to add AED.Duration to a State trace report definition I  found on the developer site, which sort of works, however it seemed to log every single second, which is obviously not practical! 
Therefore if any one ha managed incorporate a state Trace report ro include duration, that would be good to know, how you did it!

Unfortunately not Senthil, basically my customer wants to see a report the reflects what they are seeing on the CTIOS State report. 
eg. 
Name              Date                Time       State         Duration
Sarah barnes   23rd Mar 2013  09:34:00 Logged on 
                                            09:34:20 Talking       02:00
                                            09:54:20  Not ready   00:30
 
That is what they want to see, I can create th report that gives everything other than the Duration. 
It is needed for union reasons. 
 
They also want to include the calling ID or Caller ID, however that also seems to be impossible! 
 
Any and all ideas are welcome :-)
