I'm looking for working examples of the following areas of a CUIS report.
 
Field Map > Field Property > Formula tab
Field Map > Field Property > Formatting > "Format (Custom)" for use with a String data type.
 
Specifics related to the Custom Format String and Custom Footers would be very helpful.
