I installed CUIC 8.0 and represent in dashboard:
1)the Agent real time report
2)Calls in Queue : Call in queue now , Longest calls in queue
3)Helpdesk performance today: Call type name, offered,Answered, Ans SL,abandoned, Abd AS
all above reports i represent it as tables except first one i use a graph templet to represent it( as you know this temp already in CUIC)
the issue now that my customer want to represent the other reports as graph not tables , is this possible? is it supported?

thanks

You can do this,
There are three types of views: Grids, Charts, and
Gauges, there is "Edit Views" button in edit report page, you can create
graphic view by this function

Dear Joey,

I think you should know how to get to edit report function,
1,after you open the edit report page, you can see a "Edit Views" button on the top of the page, click on the button will open "Edit Views" page
2,when the "Edit View" page is open, you can see a "Create" button on the top of the page,  click on the button will show a list with "Chart,Gauge and Grid", you choose Chart, then follow the steps, i think you can finish the follow up actions

I think you can find the reason in the following Link:
