CUIC users in a trusted domain

Our customer has multiple Active Directory domains and would like for users in all their domains to log into CUIC without creating multiple accounts for the users in the domain that CUIC is configured to search from.

Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply Hi Shannon, I made it working on CUIC 8.0. Customer had separate Misrosoft AD for Contact Center. I made a domain trust between customer`s AD and CC AD. Then I was able to create accounts for users from other domains. You have to create accounts manually, but it is functional. Regards Jan
