RE: API to query HDS for agent real time report for sales force

Hi Everyone,
Please let me know if this is possible, Will there be any API available which can directly query ICM HDS for the agent real time report or any real time report which can fetch the data and show up on sales force website

You can always use queries and connect to the MSSQL database directly. Wouldn't this be enough?

I have request from sales force team … Asking for an API that will allow him to query on data in the HDS and integrate into custom objects in Salesforce.
