Restricted Value List in 8.5

we were using the restricted value list feature provided in 7.5 to show the custom value list like '30 MIn', 'Weekly', 'Daily' and 'Monthly'. But it seems this option is not showing up in the 8.5, wondering is there any different way to meet this functionality. Can anyone help me in regarding this. Appreciate your time and effort. It seems CISCO improves certain feature but also removes feature which is very useful.
