These report don't work on a UCCE 8.x as the SQL queries is not "adapted" for UCCE 8.x Database ??
(the SQL queries "fit" a UCCE 7.x database)

the quickest way is to change the ...Half_Hour tables to Interval and remove the "ToHalf" from the name of the selected field names.
