I was looking at the relationship between the reports and report definitions. For example, I’ve exported the stock reports from one CUIC instance. I want to re-import the reports referencing a difference report definition. I want to access different data sources (production, test, development). Since the stock reports are “locked”, exporting and reimporting seem to reference back to the original report definition and by default same data source.

I’ve tried playing around with the <id> and <name> tags with no success. Knowing how to create these files and “import” to production just makes the development process easier. I’m trying to create an Installer type zip file to import to production.
