1. Are you sure that's the correct name "Agent06"? I can't find it either. I see a peragt06 which is the description says "Table of agent states and call detail events for agents with agent state trace enabled. release 10" I could convert it for you if you find it. 2. yes, I rewrote the Agteam03. I didn't like the Webview nor the CUIC stock report.

Luis, You details on converting Webview to CUIC reporting are very helpful. But I have two queries for you? 1) I cannot find any of the Webview 'Agent by Agent' Reports templates? they don’t seem to be located in C:\icm\custom For example the 'Agent State Trace Detail by Events' Agent06 report. Any ideas on how to convert this to CUIC or where the Webview SQL query for this can be found? 2) I looked at your Agteam03 (Agent Logout Status) report, which you converted from Webview to CUIC. But looking at the SQL in the Report Definition, its very different from the one in the Webview report. So is it the case that with some of the Webview reports you have to modify the SQL substantially to get it to work? Gerard

CUIC doesn't have any Outbound Option reports so you can import the webview reports straight in. The webview reports can be imported straight into CUIC without any modifications: Just copy the query from the srd file.  The query string is between the "retrieve=" and " arguments=" Create the report definition and set the Query Type as "[b]Anonymous Block[/b]", choose your data source real time or historical. Paste the query string and don't change anything. Click on [b]Create Parameters[/b] (3 parameters will be created) Change the [b]@end_date[/b] and the [b]@start_date[/b] parameters to [b]DATETIME[/b] Change the other parameter to [b]DECIMAL[/b] Click [b]Create Fields[/b] (the fields will be created) Click on the [b]Parameters[/b] Tab Select the [b]DECIMAL[/b] parameter Click Edit On the [b]Value List [/b]drop down choose the corresponding value list (i.e. if you DECIMAL parameter was @agtteam_list then choose the Agent Teams value list) Click Update Field You can now play with the fields' formats and footers. Create the Report and do your groupings (i.e. for an agent reports you would want two groupings 1 = Team Names, 2 = Agent Names. these steps have worked for me so far in importing 15 webview reports to CUIC 8.5.2 including the outbound option reports. Attached are a couple of sample reports.
