Senthil, Did you get this to work? I'm trying to create a "WrapUp Code Count" report and I want to add look-ups by Agent, Agent Teams and WrapUp Code (text). I had no problems with the Agent and Agent Teams but I can't get the look-up by WrapUp Code to work.   What I've done is to create a custom Value List based on the WrapUp strings(below) but I can't get it to work. Any ideas?   My value list: SELECT 0 AS [ID], 'Code_Text_1' AS [VALUE] UNION SELECT 1 AS [ID], 'Code_Text_2' AS [VALUE] UNION SELECT 2 AS [ID], 'Code_Text_3' AS [VALUE] UNION SELECT 3 AS [ID], 'Code_Text_4' AS [VALUE] ORDER BY ID

I thought there was only 1 wrap-up code. How do you set multiple wrap-up codes?
