Carmen,
Thank you. That is very useful info. I just confirmed the same in my lab.
Do you know if CUIC 9 is fully backward compatable with CUIC 8 developed reports?
i.e. that we can import CUIC 8 reports such as below into CUIC 9?
e.g. The CUIC85 Migrated Webview Reports.zip available at http://developer.cisco.com/web/ccr are very useful for upgrades to stop moaning!
i.e. But there is no CUIC 9 versions of above.
I see a new version of stock reports have been released for CUIC 9, but looking at them, I am assuming that this is due to minor improvements.
i.e. Will it be fine to import into CUIC 8 reports into CUIC 9 / Do you envisage any issues with importing any reporting which might work or were devloped on CUIC 8.5.4 if imported into CUIC 9?

Can anyone explain to me the rational that to be able to do a "SAVE AS" of a report, you also need to have WRITE access to the report?
I would have thought it would be useful for report users to be able to 'copy' / 'save as' a report, but I would not want them to be able to edit or change the original report.

We heard this frequently so in release 9.0 of Intelligence Center, we have modified this so that now there are two permissions on objects -- Read/Execute and Write. Read/Execute permission allows you to SaveAs, but not Save (overwrite). Note that Release 9.0 of Intelligence Center is compatible with Contact Center Enterprise 8.
