We are working to connect CVP reporting to our cvp applications. We have one app currently that is actively sending items to the reporting server. The filters are set up so that all applications VXML streams will be captured.
The difference between the application that is being captured and the others is that all of our applications except the one use custom start elements.
What is the requirement to capture data in the reporting server from the cvp application standpoint? The first node in each application is the standard Cisco Call Start node. My guess is that the override created in the endpoint settings changes that. Please help.
