I am working with a CCX 7.0(1) integred with a SQL 2005, I need to
store a field from the DB on a variable, the DB field is a GUID type
and I can not retrieve this value to a variable because I do not have a
compatible type. There is some way to add new variable type to the CCX?

UCCX integration with SQL 2005 is not supported.  Please  see the compatibility guide

Only MSDE or MS SQL 2000 SP4
