How to connect a CUCM DB to the Archiver

Hi,
 
does anybody know how to configure the archiver to get the data from the communication manager?
 
CUCM Version 7
CUIS (Archiver) Version: 7.5.3

   Currently this is an offering conducted by Cisco Advanced Services as a service. I have not seen information that specifically details how to do this on your own other than utilizing Cisco AS.
