Hi,
Im running CUIC 8.0
premium and I get the following error when I try to import my own
exported reports and cisco's report files (the files are xml):

"Import could not be completed: Unexpected error. This has been logged in the server logs. Please contact Cisco support"

Does anybody know what this means?
How do I access / read the log files?

thanks

figured it out.

The templates are for 8.0.4 and up. Im running 8.0.1.

The templates call for enabling permalinks which are not supported in 8.0.1.

To import the templates just delete the following xml entry from the templates:

<enablePermalink>true</enablePermalink>

Use Mozilla it works.

On internet explorer they are some settings has to be changed on the Registry
