Hi Guys,
Recently we upgraded to CUIC 8.0(4) , Standard License. Could someone please provide me the CallType Reports in XML format ?

upgrade from webview? or previous version of CUIC.

What Calltype report are you looking for? again from the webview templates? Did you check the stock templates avaiable in the current version of CUIC? Also import the summary templates available in cisco.com download or from the download section here for summary templates. They were not included in the shipping version of CUIC.

Upgrade from webview.

Stock templates are available but they do not have caltyp22,caltyp21 if I'm not wrong.

Could you provide me the links from where I could download the webview templates? I think I have the summary templates though.

It would be good if the report names are the same as that of Webview since I'm a newbie and just so I don't get confused :emoticon

Is there a way to import the webview templates? ( I have Standard License , I tried installing the SuperTable but it's expired and it's asking for password )

BTW, check here http://developer.cisco.com/web/ccr/forums/-/message_boards/view_message/4257067. Some of the users has already migrated some of the webview reports. Please note, for any support you need to reach out to the developer of that report. Also note, most of these custom reports will not work until you remove the permalink reference (if you are not CUIC 8.5.2 and above). Read this complete thread regarding the permalink reference.

BTW, you need premium license to work on report definition (i.e creating report definition based on webview pbl templates)
