Can you please post a screenshot of the error that you are getting? I have used the summary reports from CDN and never had any.

I found that out as well. CUIC appears to have an undocumented 15000 character limit to the SQL in the report definition which also includes white space.

I have a theory on why this broke. There does appear to be a 15000 character limit as Nathan noted. The query itself is less than 15000, so it should work. I only encountered this issue when using the "Save As" feature. Well, when you use the "Save As" feature, it will save the report with the default parameters that you chose prior to running the report. I bet that the scope of your filter, in this instance hundreds of agents, are included in that SQL statement and thus truncates the SQL after the 15000 character mark. I was able to validate this by copying the original report using the save as feature and selecting hundreds of agents when it failed to save properly. I reimported the report so it would work correctly again and then performed the same procedure while only selecting a few agents and it worked properly. Hopefully this saves someone some troubleshooting time in the future.
