J Daniel Salamanca | Hello Mike, You could extract the information from the real time tables of the database, for that you need an external server with the appropriate driver installed and also to know where is the information that you’re looking for.
To know where to look, you can search in Cisco web site for: “Database schema” and your version of contact center express I am not an expert but this would be the right direction to start.
Regards, Daniel

Mike Miller has created a new message in the forum "Contact Center Express Scripting Questions":
-------------------------------------------------------------- We need to get access to the UCCX historical data without using Crystal Reports inside the reporting center. We want to integrate our own reporting application using data polled from the UCCX summary table every 15mins or so. Can someone point us in the right place to start? We've gone thru the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Historical Reporting Administrator and Developer Guides but it doesnt detail how to do this or even if it is possible.
