Dear Developers,
I have script which gets an info from external DB and shows it on CAD as Enterprise Info. And there is an external application which make some stuff with the variable value through Cisco Desktop Work
Flow Administrator. My question: is it possible to hide the mentioned value of the variable from CAD so it will not be visible for agent but accessable for 3rd party app launching from CDWFA?
