While CRS Editor software will run independently of a full UCCX system, to work with CRS Editor and fully test scripts, you must be connected to a functioning UCCX system. Since the provisioning tools such as CRS Editor ship with the core product, you'll need a Contact Center Express system from an Authorized Technology Partner (ATP) . Use the Advanced Search in the Partner Locator to find an appropriate Technology Partner.
