Answer:[/b]  You use the following steps to reset a password on the Cius device:

[b]1.[/b] Click on the [b]App Menu[/b] key on the touch screen
[b]2.[/b] Click on the [b]Cisco AppHQ[/b] icon
[b]3.[/b] Enter user email and click [b]Forgot Password[/b] 
[b]4.[/b] The message [b]"A link to replace your password has been sent.  Please check your email inbox in a few minutes"[/b] will pop up
[b]5.[/b] Go to your inbox and check email (on your computer)
[b]6.[/b] Click on the link provided
[b]7.[/b] Type a new password and confirm the password
[b]8.[/b] Click on the [b]Reset Your Password[/b] button.  You will be redirected to the Marketplace page on the web.
[b]9.[/b] On the device, Type your new password in password field (you should still be on the Login view where you clicked [b]Forgot Password?[/b])
[b]10.[/b] Click on [b]Sign In[/b] button
[b]11.[/b] User is redirected to the [b]Featured Applications[/b] page</summary>

[b]Answer:[/b]  Employees must be invited to a store by an Enterprise IT Admin.  Once the invitation email is received:

[b]1.[/b] Click on the sign up link in the email which takes you to a page that allows you to create a user profile.  
[b]2.[/b] Populate the required fields and click on the [b]Create Personal Profile[/b] button.  
[b]3.[/b] Your profile has been created
Back on the Enterprise IT Admin's [b]Sent Invitations[/b] page the user status has updated from [b]Pending[/b] to [b]Employee[/b] and the employees name will now show up in the Admin's employee list.</summary>
