Question: How Do I Reset A Forgotten Password?

Answer:  You use the following steps to reset a password on the Cius device:

1. Click on the App Menu key on the touch screen
2. Click on the Cisco AppHQ icon
3. Enter user email and click Forgot Password
4. The message "A link to replace your password has been sent.  Please check your email inbox in a few minutes" will pop up
5. Go to your inbox and check email (on your computer)
6. Click on the link provided
7. Type a new password and confirm the password
8. Click on the Reset Your Password button.  You will be redirected to the Marketplace page on the web.
9. On the device, Type your new password in password field (you should still be on the Login view where you clicked Forgot Password?)
10. Click on Sign In button
11. User is redirected to the Featured Applications page
