As an integral part of the Cisco TelePresence solution, Cisco TelePresence Manager facilitates call scheduling and setup from common enterprise groupware so starting meetings is as simple as pushing a single button.
 
Cisco TelePresence Manager offers two API’s allowing customers to ingrate with any groupware application for scheduling meetings and reporting to gather details on TelePresence meetings and creating metrics. Details are below.

The Cisco TelePresence Manager Scheduling API gives developers the ability to integrated Enterprise groupware or stand alone calendaring applications to Cisco TelePresence rooms and resources. Cisco TelePresence Manager natively supports Microsoft Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes Domino where this scheduling API is not required 

 

The Cisco TelePresence Manager Reporting API  allows customers or developers to collect details about each TelePresence call for use with a call accounting solution or metrics dashboard showing costs saving with Cisco TelePresence.
