Unable to download CiscoCiusSkin.zip from URL provided in documentation

Hello Everyone, 
 
I am new to the Cius developer program and already have run into a problem. In the documentation it says to download the Cius skin by going to the URL :
http://developer.cisco.com/web/cius/CiscoCiusSkin.zip
 
When I go to this link I get a "The requested resource was not found." message. Anyone else getting this message? Is there a different link I should be going to?

Welcome to the program.  I ran into the same thing a couple of weeks ago.  Here is the answer I received:
 
Sorry, it looks like the doc actually has a bad URL for the download.  The skin is in the 'Cisco Cius SDKv1' zip file in the 'Tools' section of the Documentation area:  http://developer.cisco.com/web/cius/docs
 
The direct link to the file is currently: http://developer.cisco.com/c/document_library/get_file?p_l_id=2590374&groupId=2336146&folderId=2590337&name=DLFE-111108.zip
