David Staudt | I believe I am able to reproduce similar behaviour. My scenario and observations: * Backend is WebexConnect - Add new group A1 to WebexConnect IM client * WebexConnect shows new group A1 * Cius shows new group A1 * Pidgin shows new group A1 - Add new contact to A1 on WebexConnect IM Client * WebexConnect shows new contact in A1 * Cius shows new contact in A1 * Pidgin shows new contact in A1 - Remove group A1 from WebexConnect * WebexConnect reflects removal of A1 * Cius shows the contact gets removed from A1, but the A1 group remains present. Note, after force-stopping Cisco Jabber IM and IMPClient on the Cius and restarting the Chat app, Cius reflects removal of A1 * Pidgin shows no change. Even after restarting A1 remains Let us know if you have differing/additional observations. It's good to know the Cius seems to sync-up after a cold start, but I'm sure the desired behaviour is to reflect contact list changes dynamically. We will open a defect with the engineering group on this. |
