Cannot Upgrade Firmware

Cannot Upgrade Firmware

I have added the device pack for the cius and have the cius working in CUCM however I cannot upgrade firmware. It tells me that Download failed in and internal phone error in CUCM.
 
I am wondering if it is due to the build i am running:
 
kernal
2.6.31.6-mrst
 
Build
9.1.1TT19.10SEC cius-eng test-keys
 
Active Load
 
sipccius.9.1-1TT19-10SCdev
 
Anyone know how I can trouble shoot this or get a updated build?

Looks like you have a prototype device, which cannot accept a GA released firmware image. Please contact your source for the device to get a production Cius.
