There is a Developer Sales Report available, but it appears there is a bit of a hike to get there:
 
login to http://developer.cisco.com/group/partner/applications,
select Actions->Edit Pricing Info (this will take them over to the partner portal) and then
on the top menu, they can hit Reports and this will take them to the Developer
Sales Report. 
 
We are working to make this fu nctionality more visible/accessible in the partner portal.
