Hi Ramiz,
In your list of devices you should have an Android Composite ADB Interface.
I don’t believe you can update the driver for the RNDIS Communications Control.
On the Cius check that the USB debugging is checked. You’ll find it under Settings->Applications->Development

That is exactly what I did but not luck! as outlined in the pdf file i sent...ie, gone through the Device Manager path, slected other devices, tried to update the driver through the "update driver" bottom, but no luck!

Any suggestion?
