The only version of Cius that has been announced as End of Sale is the 4G version.

Dates for the wifi-only Cius have not been announced.
If can send me (privately) the TAC Case number, I can try get to the bottom of why you were told this was not supported.

If it is still supported then why is their no way to fix the Android Market to Google Play problem, as Google Play auto updates Android market, then out of the blue, the Cius will take time to boot (may do it on the nex boot, or a week or two of booting) and then Google play gets magically reverted to Android Market and the a lot of Google.Vending error messages start appearing.
Calling support gets this is an EOL and not supported, if it's EOL and not supported that is a big contradiction to your statement above not only that the integration of communication has been superseded by Jabber so could be installed on a clean Android why doesn't Cisco then provide the Android 4 (vanilla un modded version) where we can add Jabber and create the Dock as an APK?
