However to access upgrade firmware, you (or someone in your organization) will need to have a Cisco support contract associated with the Cisco.com user ID.  (The CDN Developer Support contract does not provide this entitlement.)  
 
If that's not available, you can use the Cius RAVE lab services (no charge) to register and upgrade the device:

If you still want to use the Cius with your local UCM and don't want it to downgrade when you connect, you can specify a fake/invalid firmware load for the device (in the phone config pages of UCM admin.)</summary>

    <summary type="html">Access to the Android Market is enabled/disabled from the UC Manager admin UI.  It sounds like it is disabled for you.  If you have your own UCM, please check the setting in the device's config page.  If you are using the RAVE lab, please contact them to ensure your device has Android Market (and other developer friendly options) enabled.  If your unit is not yet attached to RAVE, request access here (also get latest firmware update:)
